WE PROVIDE HOME DELIVERY TO ALL THE EMIRATES INCLUDING DUBAI, SHARJAH, ABU DHABI, AJMAN, RAS AL-KHAIMAH, UMM AL QUWAIN, FUJAIRAH. (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE SAME FOR ALL THE EMIRATES).

REAL-TIME TRACKING IS AVAILABLE. THE TRACKING LINKS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY MAILED TO THE CUSTOMER’S INBOX.

DELIVERY TIME: 1-2 DAYS DEPENDING ON THE CUSTOMER’S LOCATION.

SHIPPING;

Shipping will be initiated within 24 hours of order receiving. Normal delivery time will be1-2 days.

CANCELLATIONS;

You can cancel your order any time before dispatch, during transit we cannot cancel your order. On receiving a cancellation request, the admin will allow it and process your refund within 1 hour.

RETURNS;

You have 48 HOURS to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your reason should be genuine (defective product, wrong product, and missing parts ), and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING REFUNDS;

You will get a full refund on shipping costs if the return reason is genuine as mentioned in the return clause. If the reason is not genuine then you will bear shipping as well as return shipping cost.
